Jazz Band II:
JAZZ BAND - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (10 Credits) Grades 9-12 Open to all students by audition and permission of teacher.
This class includes the study and performance of contemporary, jazz, and rock music for the “Big Band” idiom,
with emphasis on beginning improvisation and musical style. This band will be a performing group playing concerts and jazz
festivals. Attendance and participation at all performances is required. Other Courses Offered
