We will perform pep tunes in the stands and our field show production during half-time
to support our football team and entertain the audience Report Time: 5pm at LAHS (put on uniforms and load instruments and equipment into truck and trailer)
Leave LAHS: 5:30pm Arrive at Vets Stadium: approx. 6pm (unload truck and trailer, and get instruments
and equipment ready) Warm-up: approx. 6:15pm Pre-game performance on field (Star Spangled Banner and Fight Song): approx.
6:45pm Football game starts: 7pm (start
playing pep tunes in the stands) Half-time performance (TBA - marching and playing):
approx. 8:30pm Leave Vets Stadium: approx. 9:45pm Arrive back at LAHS: approx. 10pm (change out of uniforms, return uniforms, unload
truck and trailer, and clean up room) Dismiss Time: approx. 10:30pm (after EVERYONE helps put ALL items properly away and checks-out
with Mr. Sebastian)

& wear: Necessary items for a performance (blue shirt (woodwinds)/blue underarmor
(brass)/red underarmor (percussion) and compression shorts for under uniform, black socks, clean and polished black shoes,

Football Game Information All HOME football games are played
at: Vets Stadium (4901 E. Carson St., Long Beach, CA 90808) Students meet at LAHS, then we travel using district busses to every home game. Please refer to the
detailed information regarding specific times for a specific event. What to bring & wear to HOME football games: -Blue Band T-shirt, Blue Under Armor
(Brass ONLY), or Red Under Armor (Drumline ONLY)
-CLEAN Black Marching Shoes -BLACK Socks -Black
Gloves -Black Skull Cap (only for those with hair that touches the collar and needs assistance keeping hair up
in shako)
-Instrument -Music/Lyre/Flip Folder -Shako (in Shako box) NOTE:
You must have your complete uniform and all of its required parts, or you will not be able to perform and your grade will
be affected.
